My art—visual and stories—is often about my experience of being chronically ill and neurodivergent, of feeling very different and often too much, informed by all the cultures that helped raise me. I make it because I know there are so many people who relate but maybe don’t know how to express it yet. I make it because I need to work through and get it out.
